Notice is hereby given that Township of Spallumcheen Council intends to exempt from property taxation certain land and improvements for the following properties for 2027 in accordance with Section 224 of the Community Charter.
As required under Sections 94 & 227 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Spallumcheen will be considering Bylaw 2197, 2026, a bylaw to authorize the exemption of certain lands and improvements for the year 2027, for adoption at its October 05, 2026 Regular Council meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm in Council Chambers located at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC.
