Notice is hereby given that Township of Spallumcheen Council intends to exempt from property taxation certain land and improvements for the following properties for 2026 in accordance with Section 224 of the Community Charter.




As required under Sections 94 & 227 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Spallumcheen will be considering Bylaw 2184, 2025, a bylaw to authorize the exemption of certain lands and improvements for the year 2026, for adoption at its October 06, 2025 Regular Council meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm in Council Chambers located at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC.
