BC Timber Sales has initiated a public review and comment period for the proposed 'Rose Swanson Sensitive Area Results and Strategies'.

Written comments can be submitted by email or mail via Forest.OkanagancolumbiaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca or (250) 558-1700 or 2501-14th Ave., Vernon, BC, V1T8Z1, by 4:30pm on July 30, 2021. This timeframe does not include the formal 60-day Forest Stewardship Plan amendment review and comment period, which will capture additional comments at a later date.

The proposed Sensitive Area Results and Strategies can be viewed online at https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/industry/forestry/bc-timber-sales/updates or by appointment, Monday to Friday 8:30-12:00 and 1:00 – 4:30 at the BC Timber Sales Okanagan-Columbia Office, 2501 – 14th ave., Vernon B.C., V1T 8Z1.
