City of Armstrong and Township of Spallumcheen Appoint Interim Fire Chief
Armstrong / Spallumcheen, BC – The City of Armstrong and Township of Spallumcheen announce the appointment of Rob Brown as Interim Fire Chief for the Armstrong Spallumcheen Fire Department.
Rob Brown is a long-time career member that is a respected Fire Fighter, not only in this region but also for BC Wildfire. Also a former Fire Chief, he has over 30 years of experience and has always shown the upmost dedication to the Fire Services Department.
Rob Brown will act as Interim Fire Chief effective immediately as the recruitment for a permanent Fire Chief is initiated.

The City would also like to thank Fire Training Officer/Deputy Chief Ian McKechnie and Fire Prevention Officer Martin McQuade for filling the role of Fire Chief for the past two months.”
