Notice is hereby given that Township of Spallumcheen Council intend to exempt from property taxation certain land and improvements for the following properties for 2025 in accordance with Section 224 of the Community Charter.
As required under Sections 94 & 227 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Spallumcheen will be considering Bylaw 2151, 2024, a bylaw to authorize the exemption of certain lands and improvements for the year 2025, for adoption at its October 07, 2024 Regular Council meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm in Council Chambers located at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC.
