The Township of Spallumcheen in conjunction with Interior Health is rescinding the precautionary Boil Water advisory previously in effect for the Stardel Local Area Service effective immediately.
The Township of Spallumcheen would like to thank residents for their understanding during the temporary disruption of water service on December 1, 2025 to facilitate upgrades at the Armstrong Landfill on Powerhouse Road. In an abundance of caution, and to ensure public safety, a boil water advisory was issued for residents in the Stardel Local Area Service. Water quality sampling has been completed and it was confirmed by Interior Health that it is now safe to remove that advisory.
