A Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Township of Spallumcheen at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC on JUNE 17, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. to hear representations on the following matters:
OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AND ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAWS 2082, 2022 & 2083, 2022
The Public Hearing will consider OCP Amendment Bylaw 2082, 2022 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2083, 2022 which propose to:
a) amend the future land use designation of land legally described as Lot A Section 20 Township 35 KDYD Plan KAP31233 (2150 Rashdale Road) from Agricultural (A) to Country Residential (CR), and
b) permit a rezoning for land legally described as Lot A Section 20 Township 35 KDYD Plan KAP31233 (2150 Rashdale Road) from Agricultural (A.2) to Country Residential (C.R).

If you believe that your interest in property is affected by the subject matter above, you shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the proposals. The Township of Spallumcheen will be receiving written and verbal submissions as follows:

If there is a large number of in-person attendees, Council may recess the Public Hearing to a different venue on a different date.
