Notice is hereby given that a City of Armstrong/Township of Spallumcheen Special Joint Council Meeting on Joint Services matters will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Township of Spallumcheen Municipal Office located at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen.
After the open session portion of the meeting concludes, the meeting will convene into Closed Session under Community Charter section 90(1):
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interest of the municipality if they were held in public; and
(o) the consideration of whether the authority under section 91 [other persons attending closed meetings] should be exercised in relation to a council meeting.
