Bridge Closure on Grandview Flats Road
[Spallumcheen, BC, June 22, 2024] —A small sink hole has appeared on the bridge located on Grandview Flats Road requiring crews to close the bridge until further notice.

On the afternoon of June 22, 2024 Spallumcheen public works crews received reports that a small sink hole had appeared on the bridge located on Grandview Flats Road. Upon investigation, crews have confirmed that a small sink hole has appeared in the path of travel and in an abundance of caution have closed access to the bridge until crews can perform a thorough assessment of the situation on Monday, June 24, 2024. Everyone is asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
