Previous notice was provided that the Township of Spallumcheen Council, at its Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Township office, 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC, would be considering approval of Temporary Use Permit (25-040-TUP) and Development Variance Permit (25-027-DVP) Applications for the property located at: 1429 McLeod Road, Spallumcheen. As of April 8, 2026, those applications have been withdrawn by the applicant and will not be on the Agenda for Council consideration on April 13, 2026.
