NOTICE OF COUNCIL INTENT TO CONSIDER REZONING
Township of Spallumcheen Council intends to consider First Reading of Township of Spallumcheen Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2113, 2023 pursuant to Local Government Act Section 464 (2) [public hearing not required for certain zoning bylaws] at the Regular Council Meeting being held on August 21, 2023 at 5:30pm. The bylaw will first be introduced at the Committee of the Whole Meeting held August 21, 2023 at 9:00 am for discussion. Both meetings will be held in Council Chambers of the Township of Spallumcheen at 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC
The purpose of the above noted Bylaw is to amend the Township of Spallumcheen Zoning Bylaw No. 1700, 2008 by rezoning DISTRICT LOT 4168 ODYD from the Large Holding Zone (L.H) to the Small Holding Zone (S.H) to support a proposed subdivision of the subject property.
If you believe that your interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw above, you can provide written submissions, which will be considered by Council at the above-noted regular meeting. Written submissions can be provided via email mail@spallumcheentwp.bc.ca, regular mail or dropped off at the Township Office. **Submissions must quote “Amendment Bylaw No. 2113” and include your name and address**
Copies of the aforementioned bylaw may be inspected at the office of the Township of Spallumcheen from August 10 to August 21, 2023 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
