Notice is hereby given that the Township of Spallumcheen Council, at its Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Township office, 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, BC, will consider approval of the following applications:
Temporary Use Permit (25-008-TUP) for the property located at: 1476 Mountain View Road, Spallumcheen
Legal Description: PID 030-452-708 Lot B, District Lot 990, KDYD, Plan EPP78384 located at 1476 Mountain View Road, Spallumcheen
Temporary Use Permit
The applicants are seeking a temporary use permit to offer agri-tourism accommodation to guests visiting the farm participating in agri-tourism activities such as farm tours, observing biodiversity and preparing local farm food.
The proposed accommodation is within the existing dwelling which contains 7 bedrooms.
The applicants have requested the permit to include 10 sleeping units utilizing the bedrooms and other common rooms located within the dwelling only.
A copy of the draft permit can be inspected at the Township of Spallumcheen office between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. A copy of the draft permit can also be viewed within the agenda package of the Regular Council Meeting found on the Township’s website at: https://www.spallumcheentwp.bc.ca under the ‘Our Council’ section.
