As of Thursday, November 9, 2023, Chapman Industries Ltd. (Contractor) will be completing final upgrades to the Deep Creek culvert crossing. In order to complete these works, the contractor will close one lane of Hullcar Road and establish single lane alternating traffic flow through the construction area. Delays should be expected if utilizing this route.
