EOC LEVEL 1 ACTIVATED - LOCALIZED FLOODING

At 5:00 pm on July 4, 2022, the Township of Spallumcheen has activated a level 1 Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) due to localized flooding occurring within the Township. Currently the area of flooding is affecting Eagle Rock Road at the north end. A sandbagging station is currently set up at the Township Public Works shop, 1511 Eagle Rock Rd. At 11:45 am on June 15, 2022, the Township of Spallumcheen activated a level 1 Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) due to localized flooding occurring within the Township. The Township continued to monitor the conditions over the past week with the rain and warm weather in the forecast. The Township of Spallumcheen is inviting tenders for approximately 6438 square-metres of a typical full depth reclamation on top of the existing road subbase on Back Enderby Road.
