Snow Removal Delays-Update 2

Please be advised. The Township of Spallumcheen Public Works department is currently short 1 plow truck due to technical breakdowns. The dedicated staff have already repaired 2 plow trucks and are working to repair the remaining truck as fast as possible. We will have the fleet up and running again as soon as possible. There will be minor delays with snow removal on priority 2 roads for the time being. Thank you for your patience.

Public Notice - FortisBC (Gas)

FortisBC (Gas) will be completing a Road Cut on Birch Drive for a new Gas service to 1250 Otter Lake Cross Road next week (January 10 – 14, 2022).  FortisBC will be installing & maintaining a temporary gravel patch until such time as they are able to complete a permanent repair in the Spring.  FortisBC will also have proper signage in place and would ask for your patience and cooperation during this time.
