The Boil Water Advisory issued on September 28, 2026, for the South Local Area Service, including the Eagle Rock and Larkin Water Systems, has been lifted.
Please note that the area was under a Water Quality Advisory prior to the Boil Water Advisory being issued, and the Water Quality Advisory remains in effect while commissioning of Well 6 continues. This advisory remains in place to meet Interior Health requirements during the commissioning process.
A Water Quality Advisory is not the same as a Boil Water Advisory and does not require residents to boil their water before use. However, Interior Health recommends that vulnerable individuals, including infants, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems, take appropriate precautions.
