• BC Energy Step Code - Step 1 of the BC Energy Step Code is now required. A province wide transition to Step 3 is expected in December 2022. More information can be found at www.energystepcode.ca.
• ALC Residential Dwelling Regulations have been updated to allow more residential flexibility for farmers with land in the ALR. More information can be found www.alc.gov.bc.ca.
• Agri-Tourism Accommodation is now permitted within the S.1 zone and on limited A.2 zoned properties.
