Hankey - The Hankey Water Utility is currently comprised of five users. Water is provided from an artesian well.
Pleasant Valley - The Pleasant Valley Water Utility services an area south of the City of Armstrong from the City boundary to Pleasant Valley Cross Road. While the water is distributed through the City of Armstrong water treatment plant and water lines works, the Township holds a Water License for 43,117 m3 at Fortune Creek and the Silver Star Lakes reservoirs. Currently a water connection for the Pleasant Valley Water Utility is $4,500.00, plus the cost of the connection and water meter. Round Prairie - The Round Prairie Water Utility services an area west of the City of Armstrong from the City boundary along Salmon River Road to Round Prairie Road turn off. While the water is distributed through the City of Armstrong water treatment plant and water lines works, the Township holds a Water License for 14,925 m3 at from Fortune Creed and the Silver Star Lakes reservoirs. 2003 Rates and Charges for the Round Prairie Water Utility
Stepping Stones - The Stepping Stones Water Utility services the southern portion of Spallumcheen. Water is supplied and distributed by the Greater Vernon Services Committee. Currently a residential water connection for the Stepping Stones Water Utility is $1,500.00, plus the cost of the connection and water meter.
